Email Signature & Alias
Added to the end of every email reply you send to a customer — your team replies from one shared mailbox, so this is what tells the customer who wrote it. Leave the text empty to use the default signature shown below.

Used instead of your real name when your team's mailbox is set to "Agent alias" and the admin allows aliases. On Microsoft-connected mailboxes the alias shows inside TeamsOps only — the signature above is what customers see.
